Alexandra Leigh LaForce was born on December 1988. She is an American beauty contestant as well as a journalist. She reports on NBA matches on TNT as a reporter for Turner Sports. She was previously the primary reporter for SEC football matches and also an on-court reporter for college basketball. LaForce is also host the show We Need to Talk, on CBS Sports Network. LaForce was as well a journalist and broadcast anchor of sports for WJW the FOX affiliate in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2011 she was honored with an Emmy anchoring FOX8's Friday Night Touchdown football high-school program. Miss Teen USA 2005. Also, she was a college basketball player playing at Ohio University. LaForce started her career as a pageant queen after she won title of Miss Ohio Teen USA title in 2005. This was her first time attempting the title. She was awarded the title in September of 2004, her first time. In August of 2005, LaForce took on the role of Ohio during the Miss Teen USA 2005 pageant held in Baton Rouge. LaForce won the Miss Teen USA 2005 title after competing in three competitions which included evening wear, swimsuit and an interview. Shelley Hennig, from Louisiana, succeeded her. Her mother, Lea LaForce (nee Rummell), was Miss Ohio USA 1977. She was offered a modeling contract with Trump Modeling Management and a scholarship for The School for Film and Television, New York City. Additionally, she was asked to be a guest on the NBC soap opera Passions. LaForce was on tour across through the United States in order to raise awareness of drug and alcohol addiction, while finishing her Ohio high school certificate.
